    We come alongside to partner with one or more individuals to provide ongoing coaching, development, and guidance for IT leadership in complex situations, with career opportunities, or overseeing organization transformations.

    In most cases, you don’t need someone full-time, but with regular touchpoints coupled with ad-hoc moments where you need advice or a collaborator for brainstorming, structuring communication, planning, and a wide variety of other valuable purposes. Rather than punching a clock, we’ll just have a simple agreement that focuses on helping your company and, even more importantly, helping you succeed.
